Priority values describe the priority-level of a monitor when it is triggered and a notification email is sent. Priority values can be customized for your organziation to help communicate what action and urgency should be used when responding to a triggered event.
You can manage priority values by clicking "Priorities" within the admin menu
Click "Create New" to create a new priority or "Edit/Delete" to manage an existing priority
Enter details for a priority
- Name
- Friendly name of the priority shown to the user
