• Warn On Execute and Warning Message
    • Selecting this option will prompt the user with the message specified in the "warning message" textbox prior to actually executing the report.  This option is useful when the report is actually creating, updating, or deleting data

  • Log Execution Output
    • QuickReportz will always record the fact a report was executed in the audit log but this option will also cause QuickReportz to also store the report output.  Similiar to the above, this option is useful when the report is performing a create, update, delete operation as you store the actual results of the operation (or whatever is returned to the user)
  • Visible in Production
    • Controls whether a report is visible in the production version regardless of permissions
